Here are five more ideas to kick your PR and marketing efforts up a notch.
1. Write guest blog posts
Contact other bloggers and ask to write guest posts on their blogs. This is a wonderful way to get noticed by other’s audiences. You reach a whole new group of people with every guest post.
2. Write blog comments on relevant blogs
Go out to other blogs and read their posts. Make relevant comments. If you know them on social media, make a comment on their wall about the post you read. This will get you double attention.
3. Be a Podcast guest
Do you listen to podcasts? I sure do. Being a podcast guest sets you up to be the expert. A whole new group of people will learn about you.
4. Run free teleseminars, webinars, challenges, etc.
Teleseminars, webinars, challenges, and Facebook live, are all ways to provide free content that makes you look impressive and knowledgeable to viewers. This gives you authority and makes you the expert to many.
5. Send press releases
I know this probably sounds “old school,” but a press release can still get results. I know, I send them every day. A good press release grabs editors attention and they decide how to move forward. Whether they just include the info provided in the release or they decide to come cover the story live, either way it is a win and you get some positive PR.
