gmail toolsDo you use Gmail?   Gmail is one of the most popular email service providers around today. Just about everyone I know has at least one Gmail account.

Since you can now host your own domain email via Gmail, it’s only continuing to climb in popularity. If you really want to make the most of your Gmail account, here are four tools to make your life easier:

  1. Todoist – This is a really cool extension that lets you turn your inbox into a task management system. For most of us, our email is already a giant, disorganized to-do list anyway. Here’s a tool that will let you get it organized. You can even access it when you’re offline.
  2. Dropbox for Gmail – You love Dropbox, you use Gmail, what more is there to know? This is a very helpful extension for Gmail that allows you direct access to your Dropbox from your Gmail, making it easier than ever before to send encrypted files and records.
  3. Checker Plus – This tool allows you to customize your email alerts. You can determine which emails send you alerts and what kinds of notifications you want to get. You can even customize Checker Plus to read the subject line out to you.
  4. HelloSign – Do you need to sign a lot of documents in your job? This little tool makes it easy to electronically sign documents right from your Gmail with ease.

These four Gmail tools will make your life easier and you’ll wonder why you didn’t get started with them sooner.
